This kind of dish is fish fillet with hot sauce. I love this dish very much because I always love fish. I took this picture when my friend Tata invited me for a buffet dinner at Kuya Ed Restaurant. She treated me for dinner with no occasion at all, just a treat because her loan was approved. We had a sumptuous dinner and I was grateful that I had a free dinner. We heard mass with my friend joyce this sunday morning after an hour we ate our lunch japanese restaurant, a few walk from the church. After our lunch we headed to gaisano mall to look around on what sale items are there. I didn’t buy anything as I was shopping yesterday and I got what I want already. Today I’m very happy because my dear sister make a very nice dessert for mother’s day. My sister asked mom what kind of dessert she like to make and she said it would be buko salad. I had to agree I like it too because its my favorite dessert. My sister is very good when it comes to making all kinds of food. She knows how to cook and she has the real passion for the type of food she will cook. Buko salad is my ever favorite dessert. We always prepare this food anytime we want.
