We should put sunscreen when spending time on outdoors especially in the Philippines that we’re tropical weather. Here are some tips from the skin cancer foundation on getting the most from your sunscreen.

We should choose a sunscreen that will protect us against both UVA and UVB rays. We should spread the sunscreen evenly on all skin that is exposed to the sun. Don’t scrimp on how much sunscreen we use. We should not forget to apply sunscreen for our lips, ears, neck, hands, feet and scalp if our hair is thinning. We should reapply sunscreen every 2 hours or more frequently if we have been swimming, sweating or using a towel to dry off.
