Monday, February 9, is my birthday!  My first birthday dinner was with my two friends- Lydia and Joyce whom I’ve known in college.  I chose Mandarin Tea Garden, one of my favorite chinese restaurants in Davao City, for this ladies night.  The food is consistently delicious and the staff are pleasing and accomodating.  They have a refreshing beverages.  We had lapu-lapu, sauteed shrimps, bam-i pancit (for long life).  For desserts, we had buko salad, my ever favorite.  We spent the good part of the evening just talking and laughing.  Then we all went home.  To my friends, thanks for coming to my dinner treat.
