Our office furniture had been worn-out since we moved last 1999 and my boss need a make-over of his office. For more than a decade that it wasn’t changed, he let it repainted again with light cool blue colour and changed the furniture to U shaped office desks to have a new look. We gave the reception area a priority since this is the receiving area where the people would wait for their needs to be served. And our files was organized because he bought file cases and cabinets that I could store all of the important things that need to be arranged and keep. Now my day always gives me a head start for the next work day.
I’ve talked with my friend earlier and I confided to her about the things that I wasn’t getting. She comforted me to wait for the things and opportunity to come as sometimes it would come and sometimes only a few. I just felt sad as I need it this time but I will just wait and see in the future. I hope to receive more blessings in the coming days. And I was grateful that I have friend who was very helpful and kind to me by sharing her talents and abilities with me. Thank you for coming into my life, you are such a nice, generous and wonderful friend. I wouldn’t have gotten this far without your help, thank you.
Every weekend my brother would treat us for an ice cream. He loves to buy chocolate ice but this time he tried fruit salad ice cream mixed with tropical and orchard fruits, milk and cream that’s rich and refreshing at the same time. The family enjoyed eating ice cream for our dessert with the barrage of flavours from different fruits that made up this creamy treat like papayas, pineapples, kaong, california peaches, pears, cherries mingling in creamy ice cream. Yummy!
The flight of my sister to Qatar was as early at 6:35 in the morning on the 30th of July via Qatar Airways. I was so worried if she would be approved by the bureau of immigration since her entry was business visit visa. When she arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) she texted me that she will only text me if she will pass the interview at the immigration. After passing the 3 entries from visa reader, flight ticket in-charge and the immigration, she texted me that she passed the 3 entries that she was scared of. I was relieved when I read her text messages so I phoned her right away and we talked of what had happened and the experiences that she encountered at the immigration. I was so happy and grateful that her dreams of going to another country was successful with the determination and strong personality that she had, she was able to get there. This is my achievement for her to have a career advancement and a change of environment with the help of my friend in Qatar. I owed this to her and to God who made her dream possible. Thank you!!!

Yesterday I had a great weekend at Michelle’s house in Priscilla Estate subdivision in Buhangin. My friends were present namely Honney, Vhie, Eunice, Meriam, Apols, Ryan and the children Jethel and Kay though a few friends were not able to come due to some personal obligations in their house. But were happy because we’re able to set a dinner after a few months that we want to make it happen again. Everybody was happy and excited to keep in touch once again with a free ride from a friend who drove us going to the host’s house. We enjoyed our lovely dinner, taking pictures, unending chats and a joy ride. What a great weekend with a wonderful set of friends that I would cherish all my life. I was thankful and blessed to have real friends like you guys. Cheers!
When we started selling mangoes in the market, I was in charged on how to sell them. So I thought of advertising them using brochure printing so that the people will know that we are selling the best and the sweetest kind of mangoes. I distributed fliers to hospitals, grocery, neighbours and wet market to let them know about our business. This really helped us market our business and had many orders big time.
It’s always hard when you try to prepare food for the family when the main knife you cut for food is damaged and is not functioning very well. Cutting up the food with my old knife is not good enough. So I have to buy a new one for the replacement of my old knife. I knew what knife would be the best in my kitchen. I choose the tupperware brand of knife. The price is worth it because from the original price of 1200 is discounted to 1000 plus less 25% off that would made to 750 pesos. So I grab it because there’s no better deal than this. The design is one piece, heavy duty and durable. Everyone was looking forward to a nice meal prepared with my brand new knife. As our computer grows at home, we decided to have Linksys router for us to use our laptop and net book at the same time. With just one internet connection, anyone of us can use all of our computer using this wonderful wireless router anywhere around the house and even on the garden when its too hot in the house. We saved lots of money and I felt like we are on the internet cafe because all of us in the house enjoyed the internet so much with just one connection.
It’s sunday once again, as usual a time to hear mass. My sister and I had a grocery at gaisano mall after the mass. We bought triple chocolate roll at red ribbon for our dessert for today. A delectable combination of moist chocolate chiffon covered in smooth chocolate icing and premium chocolate. We bought ingredients for macaroni salad too for us to cook tomorrow. Then we window shop for a moment then dropped by at national book store to buy some office supplies for my sister. Then we headed home for our lunch.
