I received letter from BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) informing the office that next week they visit all the office clinic to conduct tax compliance verification drive or tax mapping. They will check us if we complied our basic BIR business tax requirements. This keep me busy this week as I was issuing receipts and record the sales to our columnar book from january to may 2010 sales. I prepared and display the necessary documents like our certificate of registration, yearly registration fee, receipts for sale of goods or services and book of accounts. What is lacking requirement to me is the notice to the public orange signage in the place of business. Timing thing my friend who works in BIR phoned me so I had the chance to ask her for it. She helped me and said I will get it this afternoon. It’s quite a relief that I was able to get what I need for the BIR requirements. I am ready next week if they conduct tax mapping to our office any time.
