
A few months ago I was talking to a friend who has an overweight problem. Her diet and exercise was not followed. She was disappointed with her new year’s resolutions for not losing weight. Anyway this is her weight loss stories. However lately, she started to take progressively longer walks around her neighborhood and increasing the distance as she felt comfortable. She goes to the gym thrice a week. I hadn’t seen her in a while and last week I invited her to my birthday buffet party. To my surprised she had lost many pounds and looked as healthy as I had ever seen her. I am happy how much she had accomplished such a tremendous makeover.
