Honey Lemon Fish

150 grams fish fillet like cream dory or snapper, deboned and skinned

1 tbsp. lemon or calamansi juice

1 tbsp. honey pepper to taste

olive oil as needed

Combine lemon juice and honey with salt and pepper. Marinate fish for 10 to 15 minutes. In a non-stick frying pan, spray with olive oil. Pan sear fish. Serve hot with extra slices of lemon or calamansi
